Small problem on steering wheel

There is a small problem on my steering wheel. Nothing serious just cosmetic problem propably caused from the summer heat.
Is there anything that can be done? I hope I dont have to change the whole steering wheel  :D :D :D

Covered by warranty. Its a well known problem, and there is a TSB that covers it.

Great I still have warranty. I have the car 18 months. What is "TSB"?

"Technical Service Bulletin" .. hopefully your dealer is aware of it and can get it sorted... :cool:
