The decal arrived and I am now gonna drive round Manchester so that the peeps see it

The cost of the postage.....      The postie had a stab at forcing it thru the letter box.  I heard him struggling, or more correctly my (shi tzu) guard dog did and I went to the door whereupon he gave up and handed me the package. <sigh>
