BTW here is a question:If some one driving his car in lane 4 on 4-lane-highway with a speed less then it is allowed (as example 70km/h with allowed 110km/h) and refuses to take any other lanes, what would you do (it is a typical situation in Russia, actually)? Would you be driving with the same speed in your lane 3,2 or 1 or you would drive your car with a speed that is allowed on this road?
What really matters is that EVERYONE obeys the rules.
