While I work hard on recycling whatever I can, the real meaning is that cons. pic. framers give customers the option of using basic materials and techniques to frame their work, or, using only materials and procedures that provide the best possible long term protection for the artwork or artifact. There is of course a cost premium to it as the archival mats and supports, the UV filtering glass or perspex, the sealing of rebates, the special hinging or 'couching' of the work in the frame, and other slower procedures, all add to the cost. Some of the older artworks also need restoration before we even frame it.But we only recommend this for works people want to hang on to for a long time. Most of the work I get falls into this category. Thanks for your interest!Terry H

Nah, had to give up astrophysics - kept getting in the way of my neuro-surgery work (only on weekends)
I have also worked with children & carers in the foster care system with the Dept for Child Protection and I also recently retired after 31 years as a police officer.
I work with mobile CCTV on the Transperth bus/train network.......good fun.....lots of stories....
I started a Law degree, but dropped out for financial reasons, then I got a job in the car industry, working as a workshop foreman, parts salesman, parts interpreter, service advisor, warranty clerk and fixed operations manager. Now I'm back working with the law, for the Attorney-General's Department, working in legislative drafting. Loving it although I miss working with cars!
Just imagine with all our combined expertise on the site what sort of a business we could set up...
