So that is WHY they couldn't hand over at 9 am.

Here in UK say they put in 50 litres it will cost approx for petrol £65.00

A sale manager from a dealer's showroom (a girl) has called me today and said I would be able to get my car on Saturday (that is illegal, in fact as no new Cee'd is allowed for sale before 1 July, though I know at least one Russian owners who has got his car already), but I told I hadn't been to a bank yet (I'm to go there tomorrow to sign a loan contract). Meanwhile I inquired about a number of liters of petrol in a tank, so there would be only 3-5 l in there and I wouldn't get more

No offence but Russia is a funny place these days 

It is harder to get a full tank in a new car these days down here but they give you more than a few litres...

Pretty sure Trish shamed them into giving her a full tank in the CW

In my Hybrid being a demo I think it had less than a quarter of a tank when I went to pick it up.. I said something like "gee Motors usually give me a full tank" so he took it to a garage and threw in another $10 or $20 worth which took it up to about half from memory...
