I purchased this spoiler http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=160851543646.  It cost about $90.00 to paint it, and postage was reasonable.  In fact it was my second one, as I lowered my garage door onto my first, what a schmuck.  Anyway, the first was as a job to get off, and really think that the bolts are unnecessary.
