Yes I have read this story before, 44 inches for a great dane is not uncommon,we have saints here 38 inches,they have done some very clever photography also, to make the dog look bigger than it isl

I'm sure too that there had to be an alteria motive for this story, because the dog is emasiated(SPL) he obviously has hip problems,which is very common in larger breeds and if the story is correct and the owners are only feeding Zues 15 lbs of food a week, they should all be locked in cells and feed them same amount of dog food a week.
