Had some "nothing" weather yesterday. Overcast and threatening with minimal rain .. Sat on around 20 most of the day but felt cooler. Not good for our Solar panels or our water tanks.. But woke up to some light rain so the tanks will be happy at least...

Mind you after what has happened to just about everywhere else in OZ, still thankful that we live in this part of the world

We got up on the roof and had a bit of a splash around .. I was a bit more nervous than I thought I'd be and Rusty wasn't super comfortable either. The panels didn't look too dirty but after washing parts of three of them you can see the difference now

We had a big lunch at our favourite Pub with Trish and my Youngest Daughter Nateah and then just yummy home made Salad Sangers and Apple Strudel with Custard for Tea

It's called Banoffi Pie, and it is delicious. It has a biscuit base (like cheesecake) then caramel toffee, then a layer of bananas, covered in whipped cream and topped with chocolate shavings. Yes, that is the sound of your arteries hardening!! Banoffi comes from Banana and Toffee, and it is an English recipe.
