Met up with Kim (hak yeong) today and grabbed a coffee.

Hi,

I started writing to you and the entire text vanished almost at the end ! This is my second attempt and hopefully it will see the light of day.

Perth in the Northern Suburbs is where I live and own the I30 GD Elite Auto whilst my wife owns the I30 GD Active Auto. So in a word I think we are qualified as a I30 family of sorts !! Her car is one month old and mine was delivered to me 4 days back. Accordingly I am clawing my way through reams of owner manuals and instructions which cover not only the basic car but Sat/Nav and all the other fittings which come with the car.

I joined the online I30 Club today, and have read through a selection of blogs with great interest. Lots more to go through.

I have also posted a message under electrics and electronics, to see if anyone had encountered one or both of my outstanding problems. May be you could locate my blog.

It is good to see that you are free to meet on a weekday, which is much like my level of availability now.

Do let me know when you are free to meet up for a coffee. May be we could work towards gathering more I30 members based in Perth and wider WA, to form a local group.
