Does your user manual not say what to do? There's usually a section covering security codes.

As above, haven't heard of a Hy unit requiring one before. How things change...

On the FD series i30, you enter the code using the digits 1-4 that program your radio station, then hit "5" to enter the code.

Also, to get the code in case you've lost it, you add "1212" to the last four digits of your headunit's serial number.
