I normally have the drivers seat jacked up high, but after a week it is down again.
Other owners too confirm this and my earlier complaint that the driver's seat is too hard and has a ridge, possibly where the seat belt (not done up) overide is located.
       regards from Dave

Hi Dave,

Sorry but I have my seat pretty much fully down....so can't help with that problem..

No ridge in my seat but again I have sheepskin seat covers which cushion things a bit..

Mine is up and doesn't go down ... Maybe a leak?

Mine set mid way.

Never moved from that position.

Ridge - I have a feeling of a ridge but when I looked it was the seat padding covering the bits and bobs to do with the safety system - belts, head rest, seat air bag.

You might be inadvertently activating the seat hight handel as you get in or out. Had this happen to me on a Merc A class.
