another not famous quote "Who Gives a F***" said by many,if you are gullible enough to think all your electronic transactions,phone calls,electronic media is not being watched now,by someone, somewhere,whether they be private enterprise,government departments of one sort or another and even hackers,your living in a dream world.

Then again if your also that paranoid about people being able to watch your electronically,there is a very simple solution,stay off the net,don't use a mobile,don't make land line calls,even go to the extent of not using the postal services for snail mails,because just maybe there is someone out there steaming your mail open and reading it to see what your up to.

I find it amusing that most, if not all, of those quotes are very, very old; and from before the time of global networks and conflicts without borders.  Not appropriate or in context to todays complex geopolitical situation.

While I disagree with what you are saying, Rusty, I defend your right to say it.  The Government isn't out to get you.  It is here to keep you, and society, safe.

I have been to countries and places where the extremes of conservatism and socialism are in effect.  I think that we have the mix right here.
