So, Rolf Harris is convicted, now I wonder whether or not he holds dual citizenship, British and Australian? The Brits might deport him back to OZ after any sentence he receives if he is just an Australian passport holder.

He has been residing in the UK for 40 odd years I do believe.

I reckon he will get the sentence, then his lawyer will announce an appeal and he will get bail, and die in the wait for the appeal to be heard.

Well, appeal is not an automatic thing. You have to be granted the right to appeal and there has to be a fundamental error in the original trial AFAIK. So he in fact might not collect 200 pounds.

Yeah, right can we all come back to reality PLEASE. He will do a few days in a proper prison to clerked in, then it's off to the happy farm open prison and weekend leave and strolls to the village for scones and cream.

And, if he still has needs, as much sex as he wants. They'll find him and nice tight rump boy and all sorted

My tip, he will do a couple of years in an 'open prison.' That is if he does not succeed in an appeal. He has $20 million to spend on lawyers.

Straight off to OPEN prison once the paperwork's sorted, nice room of his own, day pass to the village and in a short while weekend leave....

I think they got it about right, he didn't rape anyone he didn't kidnap murder torture.

He did what I am sure millions of dirty old men did and still do, and it is wrong, so. Lets put all the dirty old men in jail
