Tricky way to make a door, guessing you have a crisscross brace on the back or something. 

No bracing Dazz.it's all biscuit joined planks,outer frame is 3x2 and the planking work is rebated into the outer frame.
Lakes provision has been left to put in a stained glass window if we can find one we agree on.

Just a small project this weekend,refurbished my $20 locker pair I picked up Yesterday,gunna put extra shelves in them and a state of art security locking system and use it for all my electrical tools

Nice idea! I bought a lockable steel cupboard for mine some years ago. They aren't cheap!
