I like the doggies and I feel we should be proactive in curing our global over population issues, a new punishment for death row convicts could be converting them to pet food

I saw this on the news.
Whilst I understand the owner's motivation, in some of the shots, it's pretty obvious the dog is in pain.
Sometimes it's better to let them go.
