In early June 2015 I bought an i30 ActiveX Series II GD3 (Creamy White) which replaced an older Ford Fairmont Ghia sedan. I wrote a 'User Review' for 'Car Advice' which was duly published (
2015 Hyundai i30 Active X Review | CarAdvice) and have added a few more thousand Km's. since.
My i30 Hatch has the stock-standard 1.8l petrol motor and to date averages 5.4l/100 Km. H'way and 7.1l/100 Km suburban/city use. I bought a high-end 'Garmin' SatNav, which when paired with my SmartPhone makes driving a real pleasure. I couldn't be happier with my i30 and yet, the last 'smaller' car I drove (in 1971) was a Morgan 4+4/3.5l V8 - slightly different to the i30!
Top marks to this website and Hyundai too, esp. their i30 model(s). Has anyone else written an end-user review? This website could easily become a customer-focused feedback utility for Hyundai, which in turn could lead to product discounts etc. What do other readers think?
