My free i30

Greetings from Belgium!

As I am an owner of an i30, I decided to join this ownersclub.
I got the car for free

I already got a huge scrath at the back of my car, I think someone got to close with his bike

My top speed test is 196km/h (187km/h on paper)

Plans: - chiptuning
- bodykit
- new rims
- sports exhaust with new airfilter
- and so on ...

I hope I can learn a lot of the i30 here in this forum.

Geez they got a bit technical... reckon seeing as they only gave you a base model you should have had a choice of colour (without cost)

I wanted to get the full option one but at that time I hadn't had some much money. There was the price for the color, road taxes, insurance and so on ... So I took the basic model

Aftermarket upgrades are often cheaper anyway and you get the individual look that you want...

It's mostly because of my girlfriend :!:

LOTS and LOTS of men have voted becuz they thought she was in the contest.
I'm such a bad boy

And actually we did not win. We had 3 votes less than the normal winner. But a day later, a woman called when I was on the toilet and she said I had won! But I did not believed her, I thought it was a joke. She said the normal winner had 10 false votes wich made me number 1!

I was like ' ... ' (Didn't knew what to say) lol
And when I told my gf

she got so freaked out

I never would have won if I didn't had my girlfriend

I was congratulating you on a fine story. A story being something with a start, a middle and an end.

Start: creating your vids and entering the competition
Middle: using any means to get votes
End: standing right next to your prize

Bingo.

As for telling the kids, I was hinting at how lovely your girlfriend is

Yup you are right. My PSU stinks, so out it will come. I should have known having 3 IDE drives & 2 SATA drives was too much for a 450W power supply. Will shove a 550W in right now.

I also had one of 450W, and it also died

And gues what, i aslo got a 550W right now:p
