Hi guys just a heads up for those using the Hyundai dealers online website to book service. I booked my I30 in online for 15k service and selected additional option of having tyres rotated & balance at no extra cost. Quote was $249 which I accepted.

Car was serviced all good when I went to pay the invoice was for $294. They had charged me for the tyres rotate and balance. When I said there was no charge online they said that is because online doesn't know what cost to charge.

I replied that this was sneaky business practice, straight away without hesitation the cost was removed and they were most apologetic.

Don't know how many people have just paid the money.

Any way loving the I30 great little workhorse. Unbelievable the amount of stuff you can get in this car if you fold seats etc.
