Hi all just had an email from Hyundai saying my car is due a product enhancement and that I should contact them to book in. Any idea what this is for? I’ve checked the dvla website and the recall was issued on the 19th dec.

Wouldn’t it be quicker if you rang Hyundai and asked, then you could tell us what it’s for

What does the dvla site indicate as requires reg number to see details.

Ok so I called the dealer and I’ve got to have the wiring looms replaced for the head lights, seams a little random to me.

Did they indicate whether it was just your year, limited vins or included other years.

I ask as my son has 2007 fd

Wouldn't have thought a new wire loom to be above......... more like product recall to prevent possible incident like fire......
