Hi, i have hyundai i30 (2013) petrol 1.4 gdi. I had dirty AC system and everything was replaced and washed(radiator, hoses, conpressor and ofcourse gas) but i encountered weird problem, i had brand new compressor put on but it makes weird aoun interior when it's turned OFF and when i turn up rpm it makes the same noise. Weirdly is that the noise is better heard inside than outside under the hood. We changed generator bearing, new belt and still nothing jelpped, could it be that the new compressor has faulty clutch system(it's integrated). Noise reminds me whn you turn on wood saw. And it cones on and off sometimes. But mostly it disapears when AC is ON. Thank you for any comment.

Certainly sounds like there is an issue like a bearing in the replacement parts. Is whoever did the work making every effort to diagnose and sort the problem without any extra cost to you as they should. Are they an air conditioning specialist, a Hyundai service department or an independent.

Either way, in my view it is something they introduced and now need to remedy. Quite a hard one to troubleshoot over the internet.
