Hi, does anyone know what part this is? I opened the bonnet and found it sitting on the chassis on the left hand side near the windshield. Any ideas would be welcome.

It's the rubber bulkhead seal between the bonnet gutters and the hinges. One on each side aligned left to right. Plug it back in, the peg into the end of the rail that goes across the bottom of the windscreen.
