Good morning folks, just purchased a 69 plate i30 fastback, waiting on Cinch delivery this Friday. Reading the spec I see it comes with a space saver spare wheel.

Where will i be able to purchase a full size alloy that will fit? Hyundai's accessories web page is currently down for maintenance.

Many thanks

You'd be better off asking in the wheels/tyres section as not everyone views this intro section ;)

Welcome.

Re full size spare,

I just have the spacesaver and in 10 years not used it.

It is there just in case as most now just provide a can of goo.

If the tyre actually splits the goo is no good so the spacesaver will save the day until you can replace.

Plus not sure if a full size will fit in the recesss to allow the floor to lie flat.

Being old school, obviously, you are too, I just went to the breakers yard!!  Although, as eye30 has said, 'never needed' :-)
