Well, my car works FINE in the cold season (winter) with air temp below16 Celsius, in other seasons (air temp above 16 Celsius) car has some jerky acceleration and GOES INTO LIMP MODE(cut at 3000 rpm) for about 20/25 minutes of driving and then goes back to normal. If i turn AC ON  car goes FINE (no limp mode ever).
Error code is P04 ERC -  stuck EGR ... I changed EGR - the problem stays.
Mechanic told me the ECU is not receiving info on position of EGR valve. (Possible wiring problem or ECU problem).
What do You think?  here's a similar topic to this issue of mine with some other I30 owners .. 2011 FD i30 1.6 crdi diesel weird problem
