I have had my 2013 i30 from new. A few problems have started to creep in.
1) My horn doesn't work.
2) L/100 will not reset with buttons on steering wheel.
Wondering where and how I could get this fixed?

Start by checking the horn fuse(s)

2) L/100 will not reset with buttons on steering wheel.

Anything not working on the steering wheel panel tends to be blamed on the clockspring.

Wondering where and how I could get this fixed?

Thanks for replying quickly.  We have checked the fuses, but they are OK.
Will have to find someone to look at the clockspring then.
