Auto Link Premium - Network Unstable error codes/fixes

Hi all,
seeing if anyone has an info on the Network Unstable codes in relation to Auto Link Premium.
Located in AUS and seem to have an issue since late April.
App will load, i can see all the info like recent trips, location of the car, all the car data etc, yet when i try to perform a function like "unlock car" or "start" i continually get an error "Network Unstable 1035"

At first i thought it may have something to do with the network provider "Telstra" turning off 3g which potentially the sims are.

I have mentioned to the dealer where i get my car serviced but they were unable to find anything and have taken note of the code itself.
If the whole app itself didn't work that would be one thing, but for it to see the car and not be able to perform the actions is really weird..

Just seeing if anyone has any issues of late and more info.

Contacted Australia Hyundai HQ customer service. They are aware of a global failure since early 2024. The frustration is than they are not offering any resolution after almost a year. They are just waiting for a class action before they will take this seriously.
