Long time lurker, first time poster.
I spent the last day trying to read some threads in this forum but I don't get have a conclusive answer, so apologies in advance for what may seem to be another post.
I have a 2013 i30 1.6L turbo diesel (active), I would like to install the GD-03 headunit in it, but also try and install the rear camera that pops out of the logo - I found good indications of the pin outs on here (half are for motor function, half are for camera).
If I wire it up do you know if it will work?
There were some people trying to do it but stopped, other people had after market headunits and they had doubling up off the red/yellow/green bars on the screen, then I read one post about needing a CANBUS module. So just want to know if anyone has done it, and can it be done! Can't seem to find a conclusive answer.
