Hello,

My Hyundai i30 (250000 km) started making troubles when starting the car in hot weather. It starts no issues, but then the engine starts to stall and I need to press gas pedal for it to start working properly and then it works fine. No issues while driving. Only when it starts hot. Recently it started throwing check engine light and error code P0172 (Fuel System Too Rich (Bank 1)).

We checked spark plugs and they look clean and fine. Air filter is pretty clean. We did test with spray on engine to see if there are any leaks, nothing. MAP senzor was a bit dirty, but nothing too serious. Throttle valve is a bit dirty, but not sure if that would cause this specific issue.

Could it be perhaps that one of the injectors is malfunctioning, but odd thing is I do not have issues while driving.

Did anyone have similar issues and what was the culprit?
Thank you!
