Hi,

I wasn't able to reply to this topic so I created new topic, sorry about that. Wife's 2013 i30 generated the same issue: no CC, recommended gear display not working, and ESC light on at 80km/h. Ordered the top switch for clutch pedal assembly and it cured it. I didn't find the part number so I'll add here one that should work if you don't have leads on the switch. Vemo V53-73-0005 seems to be original switch (Made in Korea and Kia&Hyundai markings ground off). In my case the return spring was broken and plunger permanently in. Contact elements were ok. Spring dimensions are 35mm long, 3mm outer diameter and 0.5mm wire diameter. I see from the spare parts catalog that there are two variants for this switch. The other one seems to have ~10cm leads, but same connector.

It seems I can't modify the original post anymore so I'll add reply. Just got diagnostic equipment and it seems that switch will trigger DTC code: C1520 Clutch signal error as well.

I see from the spare parts catalog that there are two variants for this switch.

Which "spare parts catalogue"?
Have you tried entering your car VIN on PartSouq https://partsouq.com and looked for the part specific to your car?
