Hi, I've had a few issues with engine light for a few days and limited to 3000rpm. Then it cleared. On two occasions the engine stopped and I had to coast to a haltsnd restart.
Last winter I had occasional issues with the 'water in fuel filter light' during wet weather, I was told this was probably just a sticky sensor and it resolved itself.
Reading posts here it seems that it's low fuel pressure and the filter is probably the issue.
I have a 2014 i30 1.6 diesel. There seem to be different filter types.
Which is the best type to get, is it likely to fix my issue and can I change it myself?
Thanks, Neil
