After starting, randomly the climate control, wipers and headlights will not operate. Not every start and the issue can last for only seconds or several minutes before it all kicks back in and operates as normal. Initially, quite some time back, the issue was only identified by the display of the climate control flashing for a short time. Then it progressed to not working at all. Any ideas?

Have you tried resetting the Body Control Module (BCM) through which most electrical controls are routed?

You can do this by disconnecting the battery -ve terminal for 30 mins.
