So last week i started getting a delay of 4-6 seconds from when i shifted to reverse from park and when it actually engaged. So i went in to the dealership and they reproduced the problem and said theres a related TSB for it mentioning possibly even needing a full replacement transmission :S A bit depressing when my weekend fun time car still has its original auto box 20 years old and still shifting strong, but at least I didn't have any issues trying to get the problem recognised.

  Get them to put a six speed auto in...Sorry to hear about that but as long as they fix it quick and easy

I had exactly the same fault...!!

And yes it required a valve body changeout......all fixed.

Dont think there is a TSB on it...I'll have to have a look.
