Thanks for posting that "how to", and for the fantastic pictures.

Hope you don't mind, I changed your title a bit to say what you were actually doing

I'll also move your excellent topic to our "how to" section as there will be a lot of interest in how you managed to do the modification; it might also be worth copying the picture links to this thread and adding a tiny bit of commentary, as Spanish isn't well known to all our members. If you could do that it would be great

thanks for moving this post to the appropriate section Steve    i believe this would be of real interest to a few members as some of the i30s don't come with that compartment, although mine did. didn't find much use for that cubbyhole until i put my rearview monitor in it (got the idea from one of the Korean i30 pics that Russ posted)
