Hi all,  We have outgrown our current home and will be moving to a new host.
The site may go down over the next few days, but don't be alarmed we will be back ASAP.
We will try to have the site up and running again by the end of the weekend.

i30 Owners Club Team.

The last time we moved host, lots of attachments were lost in the process.

If you have posted attachments using the i30 site rather than an external host (ie Photobucket), it might be wise to rehost your attachments externally or at least ensure you have a local backup of them so that if they go missing in the transition they can be rehosted folks!

Updated my browser tonight, that was a job and a half as it took nearly 1 hour 30 minutes in total in between watching the match, and it looks as if the problems I've been experiencing may have been sorted.

Fingers crossed I'll see how it goes.

An hour and a half for a browser update

You could have installed Firefox and been browsing in 10 minutes Lester

I really hate the bloatware that is IE

I'm not that computer savvie. Just get by by pressing any or all buttons until something happens.

I can do basic stuff but this update caused my computer to throw a wobbler. I think that's a techincal term.  If not you get the idea.

I was watching the footie at the same time and I take it I left prompts on the screen for ages before I got back and clicked to continue.

It wasn't straight forward as I had a mishap and had to restore, which took ages, but at the moment all the issues reported previously are gone.

So I'm now back on cyber space.

Next project is to make a cup of tea without forgetting to boil the water  :-[

If it's any consolation, I just read this out to Kim and she says not to feel bad as if i wasn't here she would be clueless how to switch on the telly and associated Freesat and then set up the Freeview PVR to record something at the same time, without making the surround sound get confused and hoping not to switch on the PS3, Xbox360 or Wii at the same time
