As the i30 is coming up for its 1st birthday in the UK, launched 1 September 2007. I was wondering who has the oldest i30 world wide.

Mine was bought 5 September 2007

Hey Eye, i think a guy that posted on HF named Haggus got his SX CRDi about last October Very soon after they first showed up here, i think he said he got in quick and no waiting. last i heard he was still happy.

My first car was an Austin A30.  I'd never seen the connection before you mentioned it.

My A30 was neat.  Black 4 door, bucket seats in the front, 4 on the floor.  I would love to own it now.

When at high school, I managed to get 13 boys in the A30 on the way back from a footy game at the local town oval.  Scraped a bit coming in the school gate.  Got a friendly word from the sports master not to do it again.  How times have changed.

We reminisced at a recent reunion about this event.  One of the wives suggested there was no way we would fit that many of us in that car now.

I bought it in August 2007. I have the oldest I ever heard so far..

Not the oldest but ...

Ouri30 came into the family on 7th March 08.  Now that akes it a relatively new i30.  However it has done just over 20,000km. in just over 4 months.  Can anyone beat that?

Hi,

We could compare last 6 VIN digits. I believe that is manufacturer sequence number.

The VIN should also indicate Year but it didn't for my car.

My vin indicates 08 build but was built in 07:
