Great, it is my secret favourite now :P
I have prayed to Hyundai not to mess up the 2012 cw after the really impressive new 5-door i30.
The boot is almost as big as of the i40 (528l vs 553l), in a smaller body it is really good, especially comparing to the old i30 cw (415l...)

Thanks very much Sye and Accim  :goodjob2: :goodjob:

As with the existing CW I think it looks a bit nicer than the equivilent hatch  :happydance: (more balanced somehow)

Due in 2013 I see....

Credit to the bloke who did up the rogue I30 cw pic I posted a while ago,  It was bloody close to the mark (perhaps a leak?)

Suddenly the I40 doesn't look like the certainty I thought it would be. Do the new models come with a 6 speed auto?

Still will all come down to the deal at the time (June 2015)....

I think the back end is starting to resemble what the new I35 will look like. Its a car in production, that will bring it into a league similar to the Ford C-Max, and VW Golf Plus.

Far more stylish than the original I30 CW (no offence to any owners here) it never really appealed to me.

Cheers Accim for the other pictures, I just had a quick stumble in work when I found that one.

Nice colour too actually.

Seen a new i30 in white last night driving from home up to the North of Ireland for work, resembles the i40 very much at the nose, which is what i thought it was, broke my neck driving past to look at it, and realised it was the new i30. Blends in great with the surroundings. Reckon its going to be a big(er) hit :D

I love it! Too bad it won't come to north america.  Though that'll save me from real world jealousy, rather than just online jealousy ;)

This new CW looks amazing. To me, it looks even better then the hatch, dunno why.

Honestly..I think I would rather pick the new i30CW (or some say it will be called only i30 "W" - wagon) over the i40. I like the i40, but it's too big and too expensive for me. If I was looking at i40's price range, I would rather go for a SUV or some wagon, with more powerful engine.

I hope they call it the I30 Tourer personally, or just call it the I30, if you cant see its the wagon version, get your eyes checked!

As for the I40, I'd have one over a SUV, Don't see too many SUV's pulling the fuel economy numbers that the I40 does.

The Australian i30 will either get the flagship 99kW/164Nm 1.6-litre direct-injection petrol engine or an 88kW/156Nm 1.6-litre unit. The diesel will either be an 81kW/260Nm 1.6-litre diesel or a new 94kW/260Nm unit.

Hard to believe they'd take a step backwards and go a lesser powered diesel engine for the Australian i30, especially when the Accent already gets the 94kw/260Nm engine.... :undecided:

It could be a lazy journalist who has looked at all the engines options being produced by Hyundai and listed them all. Looking at another article, they have concluded it is likely we will get the 94, with the low output petrol, and a 1.4 entry level model.

UK appears to get the i.4 Petrol and the choice of two diesels as per Alan's Review day posting.

I would not be surprised if we (in OZ) just get the 1.6 GDI petrol in place of the 2.0 petrol and the top spec Diesel Motor (they didn't give us two levels of diesel with the last model).. They may bring in the 1.4 petrol as a price leader to replace the existing 1.6 petrol

when we had our cars serviced back in December last year the salesman said the 1.6 petrol wasn't selling to easy and was getting phased out in oz.
