Hi All
I am looking at getting door sill protectors for my car and would like to know if any other members have purchased any and what they thought about them eg: good/bad, what finish etc
regards Kerwick

Hi Kerwick.

A few of our members have bought these (off ebay?) and from memory they were all happy .. hopefully they will see this thread (if not I will try and find the threads and post a link)

Fitted a set last year, it's hyundai brand bought from ebay from english seller. As far as I know it's an "english version", it looks different than the ones my local hyundai offers (and web), also has another part number but still oem, and 1/3 if not a quarter of the price. Parts here are often ridiculesly high.

Made a post of them here with pictures.

Don't have anything bad to say about them really, but then again it's just protectors. Like the looks of them. We had a cold winter and they are still attached, was a bit worried about the adhesive, but it's strong.

Thanks Reaper, found some door sills on ebay - stainless steel with two mirror finish strips on them - hope they work as well as yours.

My only concern is that over time they will get scratched and actually show these marks and scratches more easily that the stock sill protectors....
Maybe the idea is to keep them highly polished, so the reflection is so strong that it is impossible to see the scratches....or anythings else!!!!
