Certainly turn some heads but a bit of an aquired taste (for me anyway)

I have always liked the look of the sirocco in its various forms (although never been available in OZ as far as I'm aware)

Never been a really mainstream car over here, but an aspirational model. Problem is price,  "may as well buy the golf as it costs less". Or an i30 if you take a little longer to consider the ownership proposition

The back end might have changed a bit in the production model. So far the only pics are with the blackout skins on the back, we should see soon.

fitted with a 1.6 140hp petrol engine.    why don't they use a 2.0 diesel or a 2.0 petrol turbo engine?

If you look at the 2 side views on Dazz's post, the door shut lines are in different places etc. The bottom image must be an artists impression, the top may be just a mock up.

We don't get to see the real thing until the detroit motor show. there are some pics of it on the web but it's covered in black camoflauge.

I'm thinking the top one is a concept (full glass roof etc... ) and I'll put a small amount on money on the bottom one being how the final production model will look
