YouTube removed audio from your video! Now what?
If you believe that your video is a "fair use" under copyright law, then you can get your video restored by disputing the Copyright Notification.
There are lots of stuff on the net describing the steps for disputing YouTube's Content ID System (which automatically detects and mutes copyrighted audio) but I strongly recommend that you first
read carefully the whole below article(s).
Decide then if your video falls under the "fair use" exception to copyright.
http://fairusetube.org/guide-to-youtube-removalshttp://www.eff.org/issues/intellectual-property/guide-to-youtube-removalsI repeat:
Read carefully the whole article(s) before disputing YouTube's Content ID System!Besides, nobody(?) wishes you to get behind bars...
*Only for future reference, I post here a video which had been muted by YouTube for content that is owned by WMG.
I disputed the Content ID System because -I believe- the in video music is a "fair use" (parts of songs played from a local radio station and captured in the background etc.)
If however, sometime, you fail to see the video or listen to the audio, then probably things might have gone not as expected... All you have to do then, is:
Every Sunday 17:00' - 19:00'... please bring one of
those if you can...
