A heavy goods lorry careered along a German motorway for 10km (six miles) with an unconscious driver at the wheel, but nobody was hurt, police say.

The lorry gradually lost speed, after hitting the central barrier several times, and halted at a service station "by chance", police told BBC News.

I doubt whether it was deliberate,it was back in the days when blokes drove anything up to four or five days straight,the days when uppers,downers,reds and speed was commonly used,last time I went across the Nullabor,if  you know where to look over the edge,there are still rusty remnants of the wreckage,even after thirty odd years,back when it happened,from the tracks,distance from the cliff face,they say he never even woke up,there's some beautiful views across the Bight,but that wouldn't be a view I wouldn't want to see.

I have some great pictures from our last trip over that way,but have still not worked out how to get them on here,even after reading the tutorials,I'm pretty thick
