Drivers headlight is not as bright as the passenger side, 
Looks like the Full beam is on all the time,
I have power to the bulb and we get the earth from relay/switch when turned on, But the main beem doesnt come on, 
Are these common for wiring,  Looks like the loom runs under the radiator

Hard to say from the detail so far.
Have you tried swapping the globes between left and right to see whether the fault moves with the bulb or stays with the wiring?
