'Our Kia panoramic sunroof imploded after less than two years - why does it refuse to pay under its famous seven year warranty?'

Estelle McCulloch was driving at just 10mph after leaving the garage of her home in Perth, Scotland, when she was showered with glass.

Major selling point in its advertising campaigns. But on pursuing a claim to get the roof fixed they were dismayed to find the warranty on the glass roof only lasts three months.

According to a handful of forums on website kiaownersclub.co.uk, others have experienced imploding roofs. Mr McCulloch says when he attempted to report their problem on the forum, it was taken off by administrators

I've had a shufties through kiaownersclub.co.uk forum and true enough, couldn't find any complaints about these sunroofs.

Then again, if their Admins are removing all such posts, it's no wonder.
