Well certainly doesn't look like the quality of resident has changed in the last 35 years since I went through Humpty Doo,I can understand the old fella getting upset about Yobbo's doing burnouts (generally late at night when others are trying to sleep) on public roads;the shire here has set up a track for Burnout comps,generally once a month or so,along with tractor pulls and other comps which some try to do on public roads,solved a lot of the problems up here,for those who wish to ruin their own cars and tyres.

A long running dispute between the 23-year old father from Marrakai in Northern Australia and an unnamed 61-year old neighbor over the former's love for burnouts in his Ford Falcon and Holden Commodore turned violet when the latter had enough and came out with a gun and began firing shots at the young man and his cars!
