Yep that is exactly the parts that they replaced nice find 

Mine is booked for service and I was told the pipes would be changed so I did a search and found the German recall. 

Has the specification of the flexi section been changed or is it the metal tubing that's the problem?

Not really sure but I think it was the rubber section that was at fault on the old pipes. The new ones look similar to me.

Its the rubber bits, I'm sure we have a member that has had an in-service brake failure due to this, quite possibly the incident that started the wheels in motion for the recall.

Hopefully, the spec has been changed or are these pipes to be changed every four years?

Its a different part number for the replacement.
