Yeah I have the same prob.  I think it depends on where the pics are being hosted and if the host or the files are still with valid links.
Some websites will cease hosting files if you're bandwidth exceeds limits and/or you do not continue to log on to their website or use their facilities.

That's my point. There is no thumbnail.
I waited about 2 minutes (doing something else) for it to download - nothing.
Tried again a few hours later. Still nothing.
 It's there now though.

My 1,000 klm service was totally free. They told me they supplied the oil free but I have no way of knowing if it was actually replaced. Didn't expect the oil to be done anyway and only knew about it when I picked the car up.

meh your better off doing your services yourself anyway... that way YOU can pick up on things that are wearing prematurely and catch them before any damage is done... will a mechanic tell you if your belts are looking dodgy??? probably not... and by doing it yourself you can make sure that its done properly

I asked for a quote on a five year service plan (i.e. five services) for a 1.4 petrol i30 and was quoted £1,085.43, so it averages out at about £200 a time.

My second dealer service on 1.6 petrol cost me £171  and a scratched bumper   which has hopefully now been repaired...........I believe that the striping has been put on today and the bumper refitted to the car tomorrow................I hope so anyway as the i20 is now on the last remnants of fuel and I don't want to put any more in :P

I think Hyundai is pretty good with service costs compared to some.. I was talking to a mechanic today about the fixed price servicing on my Toyota Hybrid (A$130 for each of the first 4) and he was saying Subaru first service acan be over A$1000  I did some searching on the net and there are some scary stories about .. see here..
