I'm Watching  :D
I go for Lowndes and the wife goes for Tander and Skaife (but we both go more for the driver than the brand (used to follow Ambrose - still do in the Nascar)

It's been very eventful as usual

It's not like it used to be huh?

They don't even use the Holden (red)  / Ford (blue)  colourings on the leader-board marquee thing whipping across the screen...

I have no idea whether Ford or Holden is winning... and since they took out all the "little" cars... that's what it's all about... isn't it???

i watched a bit of it, was an exciting start for sure.
i was at the track racing in a round of track championship on my harley is a all harley class ( street bikes ) we only got one qualifying pass and it rained, so was cancelled. but we were watching bathurst on the big track side screen. i missed the end but was a all Holden top ten with one ford. hard to tell who is who but was still exciting to watch some of it.
i hope to be there when they race in Sydney to see what its like live.

M8 I don't think Shambles is very keen on non-i30 talk on the site (or he could be just winding you up ) who me

I was going to post a link to a very good "History of Bathurst site" but it has disappeared..

so here's a link to what Wikipedia has to say :-)
