I did not expect to understand so much about the commentary, but actually I understood "most" of it. I hated german classes in school but I guess 8 years of studying it actually paid off after all  . Even if you don't understand a word, the video shows it all.

@ 5 min where he use the hammer on the brake disc: To remove the disc like that it have to be brand new discs or the handbrake isn't adjusted very well. When changing the discs on mine I had to adjust the brake pads before I could move the disc outwards.
There's actually two threaded holes you can use to drive the disc out with..

Well, at 238.000 km the rear discs was worn below minimum allowed thickness. I think that's fair enough..

Thats why I got rid of mine at 140k.

Gotta leave something for the next owner
