Hi team

How do you remove and replace the parker bulbs in a 2012 i30 5 door Elite?

I changed the front right main head lamp and it was easy enough.  However, while I was doing it I noticed the same side parker was out and for the life of me I cannot figure out how to get the bulb out

It should be a T10 bulb/socket which will pull pull straight out, they're in quite tight though but loosen up after one or two times out.
