I've had the FD for 2 weeks now and she impresses me more every time I drive her.
I love the sporty feel of the gearchange and the firm suspension. Quality is ridiculously good for a low-price hatch.
I really can't think of a single criticism.  :goodjob2: :D :D :D

Glad you are so delighted with the car - as are most owners on the forum :goodjob:

BUT............................

Isn't your gear change a little notchy in 1st and 2nd

Are you getting the claimed fuel economy

Is road noise of the best

Is there not a little rattle from the glove box area

Surely you can find just one little criticism - you will make other members here jealous.................. :whistler:

Ok. No rattles or squeaks at all. Can't tell what fuel economy it gets, but I do know it's excellent compared to my Camry. Gearbox is fine for me. Road noise is abnormally high for a little car in this class, but I blame it on a lack of sound deadener. The new Michelins I fitted have made the car much quieter on the highway, but I still hear a lot of noise below 60.

If you had a Diesel Keith, you might not be considering a switch to a Ford or Vauxhall  :TutTut:  :snigger:

The royal family live in the past, clinging on to the vestages of power, for all it's worth, quite a spectacle though when they all get dressed up and block off the streets of London.
