As per title, how many miles do you get to a tank? I just got 550miles there, is that good? Or should i expect more?

Just a few questions to clarify:

1. Did you brim the tank before and after.
2. What sort of driving - town/m'way/A roads/dual carriageways etc.
3. type of trips - short or long trips.
4. Did you use 55l (tank capacity but others have been able to squeeze in more).

I'm sure AlanHo will enlighten us as he has conducted near laboratory testing on this area..

How much on the clock..

Don't expect to get top fuel economy figures before it have done at least 10.000 km.

I can get 1000 km on a tank in my old FD, just run in at 176.000 km..

The best I have achieved in my 2007 SX manual CRDi is 1,323 kls.  However, that involved some very conservative driving.  I also used higher tyre pressures than the recommended 32.
