Hi guys
Just bought me a i30

Impressed with the car
Disappointed in the dealers

I'm in the north east of the u.k where it's really grim.

Sorry you're having problems with the dealer, it's not uncommon sadly though there are some good ones out there.

Have you contacted Hyundai customer service or considered visiting a different Hyundai dealer? The difference between two could be like night and day.
